Advising foreign investor on setting up and registration of the office in Ukraine
Lawyers’ team of BYWORD CONSULTING took the role of a legal advisor on incorporation and registration of subsidiary institution of the well-known Israel IT company in Ukraine, involved in development and distribution of computer games for cell phones and browser platforms, in particular in the genre of electronic novelty books, text quests, RPG, etc. Registration process successfully finished in October this year.
The newly established company will attract Ukrainian programmers, artists, computer designers and other highly qualified experts to the development of its products. The company in general plans to open at least 25 new working places. Thus, Ukraine got a new investor and diligent taxpayer and the team of BYWORD CONSULTING got one more satisfied customer, with whom it will continue fruitful cooperation on legal issues and on issues of accounting maintenance and support.
